With occupant comfort needs on the rise, the noise and vibration requirements of the cooling fan system have become more stringent. SHB, has developed motors for over 30 years, has used this experience to develop a low-speed, high-torque motor and the corresponding fan blades, which can effectively reduce the noise of the Cooling Fan System, while meeting the air volume requirements. Independent research and development of the core components, including fan blades, motor, and controller, have been achieved, thus breaking the foreign technology monopoly. Except for some standard parts, all components are internally produced to ensure the quality of process control and effectively manage costs.Two automated Brushless Fan Motor Production Lines, with a combined annual yield of 3 million units, are in-place today.
